Our December market happened on Sat 10th Dec - click here for our video of the children singing and more pictures of the market.

Next market - Sat 11th Feb, 9 -1 pm, Main Street Balerno.

Apart from January, the market always runs monthly – on the second Saturday of the month…

Give it a go:

It is a hub for community events that occur in the village on the same morning.

It is the place to buy food whose provenance is local and produced to high standards.

Would you like to have an apple tree in your own garden? Or a pear, plum or cherry?

Balerno Village Trust are bulk buying 100 fruit trees for people to purchase for £12 each or 2 for £20.

If you are a local group, and you wish to raise funds or/and tell people what you do, why not hire a stall?

Compass Nursery raised £196 when they had a home baking sale at the October Farmers Market.

Stalls cost £20 if you are making sales or £10 for purely giving out information.
